Before I count a few great things that I have experienced about MLO, I can blindly recommend it to anyone who needs a simple tool to organize his/her complex multi-tasking assignments
I am using MyLifeOrganized (MLO) as a self-organizer for the past 2 years to manage not only my daily personal tasks but also track assignments of my 20+ team members. MLO is one of the simplest user-friendly PIM software out there which is easiest to learn, and much easier to use. Before I count a few great things that I have experienced about MLO, I can blindly recommend it to anyone who needs a simple tool to organize his/her complex multi-tasking assignments.
1) MLO is easy, fast and simple to install.
2) I use it to categorize my tasks into routine tasks
and “projects” that have a timeline. MLO automatically colors them differently so I never get confused.
3) Most of my tasks require features i.e. reminders (MLO has alarms for that), iterations (MLO supports that fully) 4) I love the comment tab feature with every task which I use for writing small notes with each task which helps me go back to the task details later.
5) Greatest ease that I found was in adding, editing and deleting tasks in the task tree. All you use are ALT and TAB keys to create sibling and child tasks, and SPACEBAR key to declare ...
tasks as completed/void.
6) One thing I really liked was the “views” that MLO offers. You can view the tasks sorted by Due Date, Start Date and other tens of parameters. Great thing on top of that is that I am able to view these tasks automatically categorized under each view into overdue, due today, tomorrow, this week, next week, next month.
7) Its easy to save your complete todo list in the .ml format of the software which is human readable/editable. When I refresh/reinstall my system, I can reload my last .ml list and use the software without hassle.
8)
Once I accidentally deleted my .ml file, but I didnt know that luckily I had checked the autobackup feature. That saved my hundreds of tasks and the history of 6 months… I located the backup .ml file that MLO autocreated a week ago and it helped me start off instantly. Similarly useful is the autosave feature.
During my 2 years, I am working in a managerial role in a multinational and have never lost a single task/reminder/notification due to MLO. Its unfortunate but true that I rely on MLO more than my personal assistant :)
Thumbs up to MLO for its simplicity, flexibility accompanied by the tons of features.

'My Life' tells a story that sets your mind at work, wondering how you would feel and what you would do. The movie is about a man named Bob Jones who has received some good news and some bad news. The good news is that his wife is pregnant, and they are going to have their first child. The bad news.
